Job Responsibilities of QA: Ensuring agents dial in a proper way. Monitor the calls, ensure agents are properly following protocols. Checking the voice quality, as well as product knowledge of agents. Checking whether agents follow their training scripts. Providing process training whenever necessary. Managing the floor.
