Welders should possess this quality given below: 1. 6G/ARC Positions should have more experienced in E, E309L & E electrodes. 2. Should have more experienced in SMAW & GTAW Processes. 3. Should have more project site welding experiences in high Rise Buildings etc. 4. Over all they should know & worked in the range of 4mm to 2mm thickness 5. Welders should have qualified certificates from the recognized quality concern for the above requirement.
