Analytical Skills: Advertising and marketing is ever-evolving, so the candidate should be able to analyze trends, look at new data and keep with the times. Decision-Making Skills: Advertising campaigns have timelines, and candidate need to make decisions on final copy, final art, finished commercials. Interpersonal Skills: Creative directors will meet with copywriters, social media team and branding team on a regular basis. Being a good communicator to all involved will help greatly. Management Skills: Have to keep many creatives on schedule, and manage their own time. Responsible for creating a clear artistic style that supports and communicates the creative vision. You need to be creative, good with ideas, ready to work independently visualising and conceptualising on various design works. Your core responsibility will be understand the brief and develop crisp, clear and aesthetic pieces of design works. You need to be very strong and clear on Corel Draw, AI and Photoshop. Making neat layouts and artworks. Sound knowledge of the printing processes is also required. The candidate needs to have adequate knowledge of Website Designs, so as to maintain the freshness, loading time, mixing images etc. The candidate will be responsible for maintaing several websites and social media sites with creative and reason based designs.
