This is a brand new handlebar mount, similar to one of the two I use on my motorcycle. Works well with most motorcycles and bicycles. It comes with rubber padding to adapt to the width of your handlebar. This has a dual ball head and is movable, for suitable angles with one screw.  Standard tripod screw mount should work with almost all cameras. DSLRs can fit, but not advised due to the nature of the size. This is a Chinese product, but high quality. I had sourced this from Shanghai for my motorcycle, loved it so ordered a few extra for friends and fellow enthusiasts.
