HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR FOR GUEST HOUSE WANTED ON URGENT BAS IN INDIA

Sould have experience in Guest house or Hotel minimum 1-2 years - Hotel management Diploma or Degree would be preferable - Should speak & understand Hindi - Age less than 30 years - Should be flexible with timings as early morning visits for monitoring breakfast & late evening dinner is mandatory. 50 % job scope Staff recruitment for Guest House Supervising and training of new housekeepers and other staff. Maintaining petty cash & submitting bills to Admin on daily basis & updating the same in cash register. Ensure timely update to Admin Team in Noida office to release weekly petty cash for TH expenses Weekly stock checking, Indent preparation in coordination with Cook Maintain daily occupancy record for guests check-in and check outs. Coordinating with HK staff & maintenance person for daily maintenance snags Handling phone calls – rooms and external Helping guest for cab arrangements or any other assistance Every morning staff briefing with proper allocation of duties and proper grooming and uniform check. Good h/k and timely service of guest laundry. Thorough room check during evening turn down service at hrs. as per the checklist. Proper information to the cooks for any change of menu for high occupancy or Holiday or sp guest request.
