HR ADMINISTRATION (FRESHERS) IN INDIA
Key Responsibilities: Search candidates in recruitment databases where required Screen applications and select candidates Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy Administer referral process of applicants Review recruit files for completeness Manage logistics of recruitment events Coordinate line managers to carry out interviews Conduct background checks that need to be carried out in country Monitor and maintain candidates record in recruitment database and ensure all required records properly retained in the system And any other duties as required Cooperation and Communication: Communicate accurately using appropriate communication channels both internally with colleagues and externally with clients and candidates. Participate in team meeting discussions. Ability to respond/originate communications using electronic and telephonic systems at any client level.
