For more information on the company visit immaculateinnovations.com Job Duties: Human Resources Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions. To identify and write job descriptions for all open positions. Source Application from Online Job Portals, Social Media, Recruitment Consultant. Identify sourcing channels like campus drive, job fair, reference, etc Create hiring strategy and put them to process for effective results. Follow and innovate hiring process. Talk to concern stake holders in hiring and insure joining. Participate in applicant interviews. Schedule and organize interviews. Conduct reference checks on possible candidates. Follow up with Applicant and negotiate joining terms. Write letter of intent, offer letter, appointment letter, NDA and all required documents. Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment. Inform unsuccessful applicants. Conduct exit interviews. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Maintain the company s Employee Handbook and ensure that every member is aware of the organization s best practices as well as rules & regulations. Ensure that each department has Checklists and Standard Operating Procedures Manual and every member of the team adheres to the guidelines. Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors. Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records. Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Hiring: Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor s Degree and a Fresher or related experience. Strong working knowledge of and experience in international HR practice, national and state labor law and regulations. Ability to work collegially and across cultures in a diverse work environment. Proven management, supervisory, budgeting, and negotiating skills Outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written, including the ability to train staff and make company-wide presentations. Proven ability to negotiate employment contracts. High degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion is essential. Skills in facilitation, collaborative team building and conflict management. Proven ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines. Commitment to workplace diversity. Outstanding organizational skills; the ability to multi-task and make decisions under pressure as well as prioritize issues and make policy and other recommendations.
