• Coordinate the dept.activities, ensure attendance, take notes, monitoring, and provide administrative assistance to the team members and the interns • Focus group observations provide ideas and design outputs for assessment and feedback of members • Qualitative data analysis of members, member activities and assigned tasks. • Support the Dept. heads in scheduling the weekly meeting. • Work proactively with other team members • Maintain high level of member satisfaction within each dept.
