The hired rockstar will:- Conduct behavioral interviewing,source resumes & phone screen candidates- Prepare new employee documents and handling all formalities relating to on-boarding.- Maintaining records of all employees including attendance, leave, holidays, etc.- Handle/support social media initiatives and media outreach- Coordinate in preparation of interview prepare databaseThe hired rockstar should:- Have  a technical background or experience in technical hirings. - Have knowledge of SEO, SEM and other content marketing.
