Immediate Hiring for Associate nd senior associate Operation Malad west. Location: Malad West Job Designation: Associate and Senior Associate – Operation. Experience: 1 to 3 years. No. of working days: 5 days in Week. Job Responsibilities: 1.Ensuring cases /checks are initiated within 24-48 hours as per client specifications. 2.Ensuring consistent quality and delivery. To adhere to the quality parameters specified for the account / process and display integrity while updating trackers, progress sheets, logs, & saving a completed report. 3.Identifying insufficiencies/clarifications within L1 – 48 working hours & L2 – 4 working days. 4.Sharing Progress sheet / Trackers / MIS with Clients as per client requirement/ specification. 5.Ensuring continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, response to internal clients, mail etiquettes. 6.Ensuring adherence to people related policies / procedures. Maintaining integrity, discipline and confidentiality. 7.Escalate issues and seek assistance from the Team Leader or the supervisor in case of verification queries and any other issue which needs to be attended.
