Job opening for mechanical engineer in Japan Experience: 0 to 7 years Job Type: Full time Job location: Cuddalore / Erode Qualification: Any Basic Graduation Key skills: Basic Posted by: consultant Description Immediate opening for mechanical engineer in Japan EDM softtech solution edmsofttech@gmail.com COIMBATORE 9791684242 wan ted mechanical engineer in Japan Provide engineering and maintenance support to manufacturing plants, utilities and site facilities operations (Solvent Recovery, AMOX, Utilities, Warehouses and Building Facilities Management) Ensure consistent delivery plant production target capacity by ensuring maximum plant availability through continuous improvement so that equipment and facilities are maintained and optimized in accordance to current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Engineering Practices and in compliance with EHS requirements. Lead and conduct criticality assessment and Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) for critical equipment Plan and co-ordinate predictive, preventive maintenance work, including breakdown maintenance and plant modification. Lead and conduct Risk Assessment and implement Risk Based Inspection (RBI) Program for static equipment and structural assets Lead and manage a team of mechanical / utilities technicians to achieve the above purpose and drive performance. Requirements: Min.
