Meet with Management and prepare adequate reports. 2. Planning Material & Manpower for multiple work sites in Advance 3. Onsite work Supervision for: AC, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL & CIVIL work including: a) AC servicing, repairing and cleaning b) Masonry works for renovation of villas, apartments, Kitchen, bathroom & other facilities places c) All kinds of Carpentry work including: * New installation, repair of cabinets & doors & frames & Sliding door repair. * Tiles work such as removal & fixing * Gasket fixing * Gypsum Works d) Supervising all type of plumbing work in building maintenance and bathroom renovation. e) Supervising all electrical repair and new installation work f) Supervising all civil maintenance work including ceramic tile and carpet tile fixing. 4. Candidate Should have good team management skill 5. Candidate should have Good communication skills 6. Must have a driving license 7. Should be able to work in stretched working times. 8.
