Responsible for Installation of mid range servers. • Configuration and basic troubleshooting, part replacement, installation of backup tools. • Support during software installation, define account policy, define password length and age, and define administrator supervisor password restrictions, managing disk space, processor utilization, network utilization related to server. • Analysis of log files, RCA, patch implementation and testing, backup configuration, RAID configuration. • Vendor / service provider co-ordination from support perspective. • AD Database Management. • System Backup Management. • Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly checklist. • Manage Virtual environment • Support Service documentation • Support Audit requirements • Support High-Availability solutions • Manage Antivirus / Malware defense client • Manage Health Checking client • Manage Security patching client • Operating system installation/upgrade • Add & remove patches • Patch maintenance and troubleshooting- Keeping up-to-date patch-levels as per policies • Guide and Update patch administration policies • Package administration • Add or remove packages as per guidelines • Maintain and troubleshoot package issues
