Rent : 4500rs/month, plus one time security deposit which will be refunded when vacating the place given one month prior notice. Note : Its not a PG, we live here like our own home, so we are not looking for just a flatmate to share rent, but we're looking for a genuinely good person with whom we all would live like a family, with peace and harmony.
