It is a spacious 3 bhk flat ( sq ft), currently being shared by 6 members. I am leaving the place, and trying to find a replacement for myself so that my friends doesn't need to struggle. Per head monthly cost works out to Rs. including rent share, water, electricity, and maid who cleans the house and washes clothes. WIFI share is extra which is paid once in 6 months, works out to per head for 6 months. Advance will be month rent share plus rupees deposit for the utensils (fridge, TV, heater, cooking vessels, gas etc). Flat is located on the image hospital lane, 5 mins walk from Westin, Raheja Mindspace. It is available for immediate occupancy.
