Prime Responsibilities Assist E&I manager in Proposal & estimation, project management, Construction management task force pertaining to E&I Prepare costing strategy, prepare proposal deliverables, review of proposal engineering deliverables, Review of bulk material quantities & propose optimisation strategies, check package scope definitions, obtain offers, prepare cost sheets, obtain construction offers, Techno - commercial analysis of offers Prepare procurement strategy, monitoring & expediting engineering, check engineering deliverables, procurement coordination & technical close out with suppliers, vendor expediting for on time delivery. Prepare manufacturing progress report and participate in inspection, arrange final documentation. Close out with suppliers.
