Our teacher Training is based on … a- Satkriyas (the cleansing process)-:(Jala neti, Sutra neti, Kunjala, Preparation of Noli and Trataka) b- Astnga yoga Mahisore style and Iyengar yoga. c- Sivananda yoga and Classical Hatha yoga. d- Pranayama – (Breathing practices)-:Diaphragmatic breathing, yogic breathing, Nadisodhanam, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika, sitali, Sitkari. Ujjayee, Bhramari, suryvedi, Chnadravedi. e- Yoga practicum -:Three classes per week work on asana-: palm tree pose, Triangle pose, Parivrita trikana asana, Paswakona asana, Bhujanga asana, Halasana, Paschimottana asana and Surya Namaskara. f- Anatomy and Physiology –:Three days per week -: Respiratory system, Digesting System, Nervous system Anatomy of spine. g- Yoga Philosophy-:Introduction to yoga sutra, Introduction to Hathayogapradeepika, Introduction to Ayurveda, Introduction to Naturopathy. h- Mudras(Gestures) –:Gyana mudra, Chin Mudra, Hridaya Mudra, Kaki mudra, Shanmukhi Mudra,Viparitakarani Mudra and Yoga Mudra). i- Bandha (Lock) -:Jalandhara Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha, Moola Bandha and Maha Bandha. j- Guest Lecture-:Four lesions-: Science of Breathing, Five pillars of Sadhana, Yoga in different religion and Marks of spiritual practice. k- Question and Answer lesion-: Three lesions.
