Position: SEO Team Lead No. of positions: 2 Experience Required: 7-8 years Offered Salary: upto 55k. Job Description:- Define requirements, tasks & resources associated to SEO strategy Manage & execute implementation of SEO strategy Communication with clients, team on strategy/project development, timeline Keep pace with SEO, search engine & Internet marketingProject management - manage and optimize multiple websites Must have experience of managing team of minimum 15 people Strong in analysis & process oriented.Should be aware of Google recent algo changes including Panda & Penguin etc Should have knowledge of ORM (Online Reputation Management) Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects involving global, cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints. Guide implementation of SEO best practices in new product and engineering initiatives and work with team to optimize and maximize onsite SEO.Ability to drive qualified traffic to web site. Must have experience of currently managing 60-70 projects.Lead and implement cross team strategies to build and defend/improve SEO traffic and revenueExcellent written and oral communication skills in English, including presentation skills to meet this position.
