PROVISIONING OFFICER -LEVEL 1 IN BANGALORE

Provisioning Officer Level 1: - Job Description: - Ensure to administer system access by creating, maintaining and removing User and System Access rights based on authorized requests received through internal requests tools, in accordance with established procedures and within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA s) -Ensure individually in responding to internal /external customer inquiries sent to mailboxes within defined SLA s - More of Data Entry is a must in this role - Procuring Orders - Job Involves Updating Order Details - Placing orders with Suppliers, Vendors, External Parties - Ensure Managing access to both internal and external applications - Notifying respective vendors, external customers, internal stakeholders - This would amount to the role of Managing Billing from the orders generated etc. - To support enterprise-wide compliance initiatives by complying with control requirements and standards to honour requests -Effectively manage priorities, communicate progress and raise impediments as needed -Develop a full understanding of the processes and procedures in scope by the team in order to deliver a high quality provisioning service to our customers -Challenge existing processes to be better -Use your analytical, multitasking, and problem solving skills to take the initiative, strategize, and deliver -Serve as a people manager to Contractors/Associates within the organization -Use knowledge of processes and procedures to identify and implement ways to make improvements within the team - Very Good Hands on experience in telecommunication (Internal & External Sales) - Preferred Hands on Service Delivery, Technical Engineering Eligibility Criteria: - - Experience in Provisioning Orders, Placing Orders, Follow ups - High Level of Accuracy - 100 % efficiency in updating MIS Reports - Very Good Communication Skills (Language Speaking & E-Mail) - Semi Technical Process (Order Management & Knowledge in Service Desk) - Very Good in Computers - 5 Years of Experience - University Degree Preferred (Master s or Post Graduate Welcome) - Looking to join at the earliest - Willingness to work in 5.30 a.m. /6.00 a.m.-2.30p.m./3.00p.m. IST (No Cabs provided) - CTC will be provided as per Company Norms only (Rs 3.00 LPA to Rs 5.00 LPA) Job Type: Full-time Required education: Bachelor's Required experience: Willingness to work in early morning shifts: 4 years Very Good English Language: 4 years Provisioning Orders: 4 years Semi Technical Process Knowledge: 4 years Required language: English Reporting Authority: CEO of AINS, Australia Interview Process: HR Screening Final Round with CEO
