The project manager is a single point of contact for the customer once the order is confirmed. 2. At any given point of time you would have active projects in various stages of completion. 3. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. • Knowledge management: 1. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. 2. Develop and document best practices and tools for project execution and management.
