The event was organized in association with Times of India Group. The chief guest of the event was Mr Manoj Kumar Pandey, Minister of Science and Technology, Govt of Uttar Pradesh. The guest list included Dr. R. K. Khandal, Vice Chancellor, UPTU and Mr. Dhanush Veer Singh from the Times of India. The occasion was blessed by Mr. Sharad Singh, CEO - SMS, Lucknow, Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Mehrotra, Prof. (Dr.) B. R. Singh. The winner for the event was Diamond Public School, the first runners up was the team from Kendriya Vidyalaya Gomtinagar, whereas the third position was accoladed to Mary Gardners School. The event included a tree plantation drive which witnessed the planting of 80 saplings by the representatives and students, of participating schools,it was also accompanied by the inauguration of an in-house basket –ball court by the ace fast bawler Mr. R.P.Singh, the renowned Indian Cricketer from U.P.
