Customer Service / Client Satisfaction is the main focus. 1. Receiving phone calls inquires 2. Take appointment for the clients 3. Interact with clients 4. Prepare bills & manage the cash 5. Manage petty cash & prepare cash vouchers 6. Preparing daily reports - Closing Report and Stock Report 7. Responsible for daily Cash deposit to the bank guy 8. Good typing speed 9. Hourly cash tallying 10. Good Computer knowledge 11. Wish the clients on their Birthdays or Anniversary & informing them about a special scheme Requirement: * Good communication skills * Presentable Personality * Computer knowledge (MS Office - Basics of Word & Excel) * Working Hours: am to 8.30 pm (10 hours) 5 to 6 Days Working & Any 1 and 2 days off between Monday and Friday (weekends are working since we're a part of the service industry).
