For the role of Recruitment Consultant, the key results areas are - Screening profiles as per client Requirement, Organizing Interview, Help close the offer, Follow-up with the candidate till joining. The incumbent should have knowledge of complete recruitment cycle, should have worked on recruitment portals, should have very strong relationship skills and also have experience of building a client base using internal and external networks The candidate should be effective in gaining an in-depth understanding of client’s needs and posess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
