Job title: Sr. Technical Associate Work Location: Kolkata Salt Lake Sec - v & South Kolkata Division/Department: UK Sales (Technical) Reports to: Sr. Team Leader Full-time Part-time Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for calling customers for technical assistance and sell technical support plans and other technical tools. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with international customers Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook) Graduates and UG are eligible Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Candidates with Exp will be preferred Freshers can apply Employee Requirements: Should be comfortable with Day/ Night Shifts Can provide after Sales service to Customers Must be focused towards Monthly Targets Must be able to listen and speak clearly on telephone Should be able to close the call successfully. For Experienced: Salary Hike would be 20-25% For Freshers: 10-12k as per quality
