Robotic Workshop on Arduino for School Children The world of Robotics is very exciting not only to the kids and youngsters but also to grown-ups. As robots have become more advanced and sophisticated, experts and academics have increasingly explored the question of what ethics might govern robot's behavior and whether robots might be able to claim any kind of social, ethical, cultural or legal rights. It becomes extremely important for the younger generation to learn about the technology of robotics because robots are going to play a vital role in our daily life in the 21st century. It is important to form a good learning attitude from early childhood because children soak up the knowledge like sponges in this period. We have robotic kits for every age and every stage in your child's development, starting from the time your child is a pre schooled right up to teen years. While building robots with various sensors, children can activate their brain and develop the creativity. Our Robotic teaching programmes are developed with much care by highly experts in field, so that learning on Arduino kit even for school children will be very easy to learn and understand about the circuits, concepts, sensors and fundamentals of building and programming of robots. It is a 6 session program of 2 hrs duration each and each participant will get individual Arduino kit. Basic Electronics Components 2.1. Resistor (Ohms Law, Voltage & Current) 2.2. Capacitors 3. Diode 4. Basics of Motor 5. LEDs 6. Arduino 7. IR Sensor 8. Breadboard Practical Use of Electronics Components like Resistor, Capacitor & Diode etc. Session II: Arduino & Software Installation 1. Introduction to Arduino 2. Arduino Programming Basics 3. Programming Software Installation for Arduino. Session III: Projects & Programming Project 1: Simple LED Program Project 2: LED Blinking Session IV: Assembly of Robot. Session V: Robotics Designing & Programming Project: Autonomous Robot Project: Obstacle Detector Robot Session VI: Quiz & Competition ▪At the end of the workshop a small competition will be organized & winning team will get the certification of excellence. Duration: The duration of this workshop will be for 6 sessions of 2 hrs each. Eligibility: The pre-requisite for joining this workshop is interest in learning robotics.
