Ability to respond in a language that everyone can understand. 2) Phonetics / Sound exercises: Study of speech sounds. 3) Syllable Stress. 4) Clarity of speech. 5) Pronunciation. 6) Voice modulation / Tone: Change in the pitch or tone of the voice. 7) Rate of speech: Speaking slowly and clearly for better clarity of speech. 8) Appropriate sentence construction. 9) Grammar. 10) Sounding enthusiastic: Keeping the person interested in what you have to say. 11) Confidence building: Sounding more confident during any verbal communication. 12) Vocabulary. 13) Email Etiquettes. 14) Telephone Etiquettes. 15) Presentation skills. 16) Nurture and groom the candidates for the interview rounds for MNCs.
