Responsibilities Team Management Ensuring 100% attendance & maintaining attendance sheets Training of new additions to team. Assisting team with chats and solutions Ensuring feedback on performance is given to experts Live monitoring of chat to ensure chat quality is maintained Ensure all product & tie up updates are communicated to experts Maintain expert ratings for all team members Whenever necessary or on short of staff must be proactive in taking chats Candidate Prerequisites Graduate 1-2 years of experience Some experience in handling or helping with team activities Focused and Driven Proficient with using applications like word & excel salary is upto 1.80 to 2.4 lacs Day shift Location: Andheri East (powai)
