We are hiring Sr. CCE for International Inbound Tech Sales Voice Process for both UK and US shift. Only Inbound Tech sales Process Opening is available. Attractive salary with huge incentives. TIMINGS: NIGHT SHIFT 10.30PM TO 8.30AM/ DAY SHIFT 8.30AM to 6.30PM/ 12PM to 9PM QUALIFICATION REQIURE: H.S Pass. Must have minimum 6 months Experience in Outbound Tech Support Process are preferable, should know how to close calls. JOB DECRIBTION: Taking inbound calls with computer issue from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
