Post -: HR Manager / Sr Executive HR Experience -; 4 to 10 yrs Male / Female only area: HR, Recruitment, Administration, IR Role Category:HR/ Recruitment / IR Role:HR Manager Education -: MBA HR / LLW HR /any Key skills: HR and IR Legal Compliance Salutatory Compliance or Liasioning Employee Development Training Job Description -: Ensuring smooth functioning by all people in warehouse / client premises, especially at the workmen level. Ensuring implementation of relevant HR Compliances - laws and procedures in the warehouse/ client premises. Ensuring implementation of HR policies and procedures in the warehouse/ client premises. Co-ordination with various officials such as government offices, labour laws, mathadi etc Handling employee grievances/ welfare. Be main source of information on all people related issues. Coordinate with Corp HR for various On boarding / Employee Life Cycle / Exit formalities of the employees. Hands on experience in Licensing activities related to people and contracts. Handling entire gamut of Performance Management for employees. Looking after all EHS related issues Handling the entire gamut of Payroll & wage processing, Time Attendance, Shift Planning etc. Handling statutory audits related for warehouse/client premises. Handling training needs and giving training to employees in the warehouse/client premises. Strong communication skills both written and verbal, well versed with local language to interact with various levels. Maintaining strong communication with the corp HR. Providing lead and support to Corp HR in Factory level recruitment Collecting all documents related to employees Employee data Compliance with all organization related statutory requirements. Employee needs/welfare Desired Candidate profile -: Preference -Female / Male candidate Responsible for site management pertaining to all matters such as new site setup, licenses under various compliance's and acts, facilities and staff welfare, recruitment/ out-sourced services and vendor management, site administration, Industrial relations and grievance management. He would be the sole interface to facilitate and ensure smooth day to day functioning of the business unit.
