Started in , the team is composed of young, energetic and highly motivated IIT Bombay alumni, coming from different professional backgrounds. Position Description: Providing direction, instructions, and guidance to a group of telecallers for the purpose of achieving a certain goal, in this case it is defined as closure. Duties: Provide team leadership and coaching: Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives Motivate and inspire team members Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance Training the team regularly Study the current processes; and advise to improve the same Coach team members for seamless introduction of changes in the system Focus the team on the tasks at hand: Distributing the work to the team properly Analyzing their daily performance Achieve overall target of the company on a daily basis Reporting: Send daily reports to the manager Escalate issues which can’t be resolved by the team. Expectations Shows success and motivation as an individual contributor and is a good team player who can learn best practices of working together. Should consistently demonstrate ability and commitment to deliver major initiatives from beginning to full deployment in a timely manner to aid firm growth and self development. Should be fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi (verbal and written). Should be proficient in MS Office Suite and other common computer applications. Should learn and contribute to our vision, our mission, our team and our operations. Educational & Professional Qualification: Graduation in any field Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Should have prior experience of managing a team.
