Job Description: 1. Working on End to End recruitment process 2. Sourcing candidates through various sources job portals, social network and head hunting 3. Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites 4. Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short listing the right profile against the given requirement 5. Schedule interviews with different levels / clients and follow up for the feedbacks 6. Follow up with shortlisted candidate till them on-board Mandatory skills: * Good Communication skills- both verbal and written. * Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, * Must be able to work in a team
