Department: Customer Support No. of Years of Experience: 3-4 years’ experience in technical support product training mainly with competition Brand such has TVSE / Cannon /HP/ Can be shortlisted CTC: 3 To 5 Lakhs Target Companies:TVSE / Cannon /HP / WeP / IT Peripherals… Qualification/ Skills: Diploma B.E / B.Tech Job Responsibilities: 1) ​Overall 3-4 yrs of experience in technical support product training to field engineers. 2) Should have Strong Basic Technical Knowledge 3) Technical Experience on IT products. 4) Experience on product training like Printer /Scanner/Projectors will be preferable. 5) To provide technical support assistance & training, facilitating customer visits, and performing Products technical demonstrations that provide a competitive edge for technical service engineers 6) Working knowledge on printers / Projects / Scanners. 7) Knowledge of printing methods & technical solutions 8) Providing training based on field needs and the delivery of new product and technology training in support of field readiness 9) Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including product demo, business drivers, evolving business needs. 10) Prepare for client meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients. Core Skills: 1) Good communication & Presentation Skills 2) Working knowledge on Office Automation device drivers. 3) Knowledge of printing methods & technologies
