Urgent Requirement for HR Generalist Salary: 20k-25k Description Manage End-to-End activities of recruitment process. Sourcing and Screening the CVs Using the various Job Portals. Initial telephonic screening of the candidates and scheduling their interview Scheduling interviews by coordinating with both the interview panel and the candidates. Conduct interviews and/or co-ordinate interview appointments for interviewers on a timely basis. Documentation of new joinee as per company policy Looking after new hire Induction program which includes planning, organizing and execution of complete Induction process Employee Engagement and HR Operations like joining & exit formalities etc. SPOC for employee grievances & queries related to policies & processes Preparation of monthly payroll file including arrears, adjustment, status change and variance report Handling HRMIS & Coordination and exit formalities Desired Skills and Experience: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills MBA in Human Resource Management Should be well conversant with all the advance formulas of excel and preparing various kinds of report Should be highly organized, possess strong time management with multi-tasking skills with precise attention to detail Regards, Priyanka kawade
