Designation: HR Recruiter No. Of positions: 10 positions Salary: Open for right candidate Good Incentives JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Understanding and strategizing the requirements of the client. Sourcing candidates using job portals internal databases search engines groups referrals and head hunting etc. to match client requirement. Manage recruiting functions including searches for candidates phone screens setting interviews establishing relationships with clients and candidates. Screening profiles and interviewing prospective candidates to know the soft skills. Handling first round of HR Interview in order to judge the candidates suitability attitude professional qualifications experience communication skills etc before setting up to the technical panel. Scheduling interviews by interacting with the clients. Following up with the clients for feedback. Coordinating with client to dispatch of offer letter. REQUIRED SKILLS: Any graduate / post graduate with 6 months - 4 years of experience from a Recruitment industry. Should possess good verbal & written communication skills.
