VMC PROGRAMMER Job Description *Experience in VMC/CNC programming & Setting.(FANUC-Oi-MF operating system) at tool room. *Knowledge in Engineering drawing & G Codes & M codes *Generating 2D & 3D programmes with the help of DELCAM software *Proper selection of cutting tools. * Should have Proficiency in UG NX 6, CAD CAM Software. * To Create HASS CNC Machining Program from 3 D Modeling of Gravity Casting Dies. * To Edit the 3D Modeling & Transfer the Program to the HASS VM2 Die Machine. * Having Knowledge on Cutting Tools Selection & Choosing Cutting Parameters. * Experience in Measurement of Dies using 2D Height & other Instruments. * Experience in CMM is added advantage. * Able to Understand GD & T given in the Die Drawings.
