Job Description:- * Inbound US Voice Process, Non- Technical, Pure Customer service * To receive calls from the customers * To resolve customer queries * Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels * Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service * No Upselling, No Targets. * Timings- pm- am, 9:30 pm-6:30 am.
