Roles & Responsibility: • Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment, which includes multi channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, closing high level skills in time and negotiation with candidates. • Handling recruitment from executive level to senior level positions. • Experience on handling technical and Non technical positions from Sales Mgr to COO and Mgr Marketing to Head Marketing • Interacting with clients for positions, understanding them & sourcing them relevant profiles. • Sourcing, Screening and short-listing of CV's using different search-(techniques viz. Job Portals, Head Hunting, References, Databank etc. • Planning and strategizing for all the recruitments within the defined time frames (SLA basis). • Conducting Telephonic interviews & salary negotiation thereafter. • Interview Scheduling, all follow up and feedback actions thereafter till the close of the position. • Building relations with Candidates; resolving critical problem areas and delivering on client commitments. Qualification: Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate Experience: Fresher/Experience in recruitment or telecalling/Experience candidate who is not pursuing graduation may apply.
