Training will be imparted) 3.Live chat 4.Reporting/Analysis of data (Training to be imparted as and when required) # Skills desired: 1.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Should know functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Table etc) 2.Good communication skills (in order to deal with leads on chat) 3.Around 1 year experience in reporting would be preferable
