Samyuktha Scans is a fast-growing diagnostic centre located near Vadapalani at the heart of Chennai. We are in the process of hiring a Marketing Manager (male or female): 1. Graduate in any field, with 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing team management, achieving results aggressively in healthcare or pharmaceutical companies or diagnostic centres. 2. Should liaise with doctors for business process and development 3. Determine and achieve the marketing goals and strategies of the organization. 4. Train and monitor an efficient and productive team of marketing executives. 5. Provide the annual marketing plan, taking into consideration market trends, competition, required marketing effort, potential for future growth, and profit; prepare quarterly reports for the marketing program. 6. Identify new market segments for medical diagnostic lab. 7. Ensure effective team communication in the marketing department through suitable reporting systems. 8. Track the effectiveness of the marketing plans. 9. Identify and provide appropriate training to the marketing team. 10. Manage advertisements, media coverage, and participation in trade shows and conferences. 11. Good salary and incentives offered.
