We are looking candidate for the position of HR Executive with good communication skills and 1-2 years of experience. Drive the Performance Management initiatives including the annual appraisal process, progressive discipline and performance based separations. Plan, coordinate and implement engagement activities. Resolve problems resulting from employee Payroll, timesheet. Provide front-end support of Immigration related issues and cases. Possess expertise across broad spectrum of Human Resources functions. Responsible for all Human Resources Activity at the Plant Level. Create Job descriptions. A self starter with ability to work in multicultural and multilingual environment excellent organizational skills. Strong negotiating skills is required. Self-motivated and able to be self-directed in problem solving.
