Delivery
We deliver within 24 hours in Nairobi. However, orders made by 3pm can be delivered within the same day.
We deliver within 48 to 72 hours outside Nairobi.
Orders made after 3pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays may however experience delay in delivery, but will be given first priority on the next working day.
Delivery Cost
• Nairobi CBD – Free.
NB: Nairobi CBD covers the area within University Way, Uhuru Highway, River Road and Harambee Avenue. Areas like Ngara, Kamukunji, Country Bus, OTC and Nyamakima are not covered as CBD.
• Nairobi – Kshs. 300/=
• Outside Nairobi county – Ksh. 400/=
• Lamu, Turkana & North Eastern – Ksh. 1,800/=
Click and Collect
Jade Collection also offers a free Click and Collect service. Items can be purchased online and collected at our physical store at Tom Mboya St, Nairobi Kenya.
Returns and Refunds
Returns should be made within 7 working days from delivery date at our shop of purchase.
If your return is due to change of mind, then just make sure you present in store with proof of purchase (within 7 days from delivery) and that the item is in original selling conditions.
We only accept returns of items returned in original selling conditions. We offer exchange or credit note on returns and delivery fee deducted if it was applied.
We are also happy to exchange items or offer credit for items returned to the store. Credit offered is valid for a period of three months.
