1978 Southern Cross SC 31 cutter rig with Yanmar  18 hp diesel. Sea Horizons holds over 70 gallons of water in two separate tanks and 32 gallons of diesel which allows for 90 hours of run time. Sails include main with two reefs, staysail, Yankee jib, and genoa. All sails are in good condition with no rips or tears. All fabrics inside and out are in very good condition and less than five years old. 300 watts of solar with two battery banks on for house and one for refrigeration and composting toilet and other accessories. 2000 watt converter along with microwave. Garmin chart plotter, vhf radio and hand held vhf, auto helm tiller pilot. Comes with 12v/110 freezer/refrigerator and Sea Frost shore power and engine driven refrigerator. Composting toilet and lots of spares including shore power cords, stainless steel rail mounted grill extra propeller in excellent condition. Includes 8.5’ West Marine dinghy with 5hp Yamaha 2 stroke outboard. All safety equipment is up to date. Most of the interior wood has been refinished in the last month. Located in Mobile, Alabama and slip can be transferred to new owner.
