Salora will issue replacement to Customer within 7 Working Days from the Date of Login from Its Service Centre (*Physical Damage / Liquid Logged / Accessories Failure / Software Problem / Operator Related Network Problem will not cover under DOA Criteria) If any defective mobile is submitted to the Salora Authorized Service Centre, it will be repaired within 7 working days of maximum TAT. If the servicing is delayed for more than 10 days, you will be provided with a 1 to 1 unit swap. A service feature called ‘bounce repair’, i.e. a situation where your mobile needs to repaired three time due to defect, may entitle you to a 1 to 1 unit swap.
