I’m looking for a working flat mate. 2nd bedroom is available for rent. It has wardrobe, study table, large single bed, mattress, fan and light. Kitchen has fridge, microwave, bottled water, stove, cylinder, and utensils. Rent deposit is 12,500 (I paid 25,000 as rent is 12,500 for this 2BHK flat and furniture is my own) and rent will be 10,000 pm. The rent includes electricity, maid for cleaning & washing, cook and food for 3 meals a day. Minimum tenure 3 months simply for reasons of convenience. Western toilet and shower are separate through hall. Call centre executive preferred due to convenience (they work at night so will mostly be home during day thus can co-ordinate the timings of maid, cook etc more easily). Additionally you must be comfortable with dogs as it is very likely I will get one soon. I am 40 year young divorced male who has travelled to 30 countries and lived abroad for half my life and most of my family still does. I have many experiences to share. I work in a very reputed company and often travel. I am a fun and open minded guy and I need cleanliness and hygiene.
