Length  : 25  cms Width: 10 cms Main Characteristics: 1)  Special Food Grade Stainless Steel Blade  :  This Stainless alloy is classified as DIN14116 & contains Carbon with Chrome. After thermal treatment this SS blade is highly resisitive to corrosion & rusting thereby qualifying to be Food Grade. 2)  Heat Treated & Tempered Blade: The blade is heated to very high temperature and immediately cooled  to make the Steel Blade hard.  It is then Tempered in a atmosphere controlled oven. After this process hardened blades are sharpened and hence they maintain their sharpness for long. 3)  Ergonomical & Anatomic Handle: The handle is considered to be the best in terms of Grip, Safety & Comfort of use by Slaughterhouse professionals.  4)  Moulded Handles:  The handles are injected with virgin polypropylene directly over the blade.
