HP provides repair services and you may be able to repair it at your local shop. Apart from this issue the printer has no problems. The Scanner works perfectly. As mentioned above, this item is is being sold as is and I do not accept returns. The shipping weight is 7 Kilos. It would cost ₹1,000/- which is the starting bid.
