HR Executive Recruitment wanted 2016 to 2018 We are looking for HR Recruiter @ Chennai. Qualification: MBA (HR) or Any Degree Experience required: 6 months to 3 years Work Location: Chennai Shift: General Shift. Job Involves: 1.Sourcing and shortlisting candidates through various job portals, head hunting and validating them on their experience and interest in the role. 2. Usage of different sourcing channels effectively to create relevant candidate database. 3. Following up with candidates for interview scheduling and on-boarding. 4. Identifying the right candidates with the required skill set and matching with the job requirement. 5. Shortlisting the profiles sourced and sending it to the respective hiring managers. 6. Conducting HR round for the selected candidates and negotiating salaries on company standards. 7. Promptly informing the rejected candidates about the reason for the rejections. 8. Preparing reports on the no. of closure, internal movements, and offer decline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates. Candidate must: 1. BFSI Recruitment Experience will be an added advantage 2. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Have a passion for recruitment. 4. Should willing to work with the target base.
