You will also be taught how to wrap them in a beautiful, professional manner. COURSE DURATION: 3 HOURS ADVANCED: Those who have mastered the basics can enroll for the Advanced course. You will learn how to make ganache for truffles, exquisite fillings for pralines (lemon, orange, mint, ginger, etc), and other designer chocolates. You will also learn enrobing, using transfer sheets for design, piping decoration, and more. COURSE DURATION: 3 HOURS LIQUEUR: This class teaches exactly what its name says--delicious liqueur-filled chocolates. Learn how to make liquid centres as well as ganache with rum, champagne, Irish cream, and more. COURSE DURATION: 3 HOURS PROFESSIONAL: Those looking for professional-level training should sign up for this 5-day course that covers everything from the history of chocolate making to in-depth lessons in tempering, making many varieties of pralines and truffles, use of sugar-free chocolate, chocolate craft, marketing, and more.
