Responsible for overall management of the front desk and reception. Handle phone calls. Screen and direct them to the concerned personnel. Receive and relay messages. Deal with business related queries and enquiries and guide the callers accordingly. Provide general administrative and clerical support to the admin department. Ensure the billing related to administration is prepared, checked and forwarded for processing. Coordinate for organizing meetings and manage the conference rooms. Handle visitors. Maintain records of Dispatch i.e. incoming and outgoing courier.
