Ans- NIOS formally known as NATIONAL INSTIUTE OF OPEN SCHOOLING OR DELHI OPEN SCHOOL OR DELHI OPEN is central Govt Board, at starting time it was the part of CBSC but in it was make a autonomous Govt Board by Ministry of Human Resource Under the NATIONAL EDUCATION POLCY . So it is a valid board and accepted in all over word. Q- Can we do 10th and 12th from NIOS? Ans – Yes you can do 10th and 12th from NIOS, it is very easy to do 10th and 12th from NIOS, NIOS conduct two exams in a year one in Oct – Nov.& and second in April- May So you can take admission in any session and cleared your exam. Q- What are Minimum age criteria for admission in 10th and 12th admission? Ans- for 10th class admission student age should be Minimum 14 year and maximum age had no bar, for 12th class admission student had no age bar but He/she must have passed in 10th class from recognized Board. Q- Can we do Compartment from NIOS? Ans – Yes you can do compartment from NIOS, you can appeared in fail subject only and pass marked that you had cleared in your exam is transferred by NIOS by TOC policy. Q- I want to take admission? Q- Can we do improvement from NIOS? Ans – Yes you can do improvement from NIOS although you had cleared your exam other then NIOS Board.
